Nova Institute of Modern Studies (NIMS) is a corporate body, registered with Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Its Board of Directors is the highest decision-making body of the Institute in terms of its legal framework as approved by Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
