Any educational institution, desirous to impart professional education in domains involving knowledge of computers, has to be registered with National Computing & Accreditation Council of Pakistan which has the legal mandate to do so. The Council grants registration to the desirous institutions only after thorough verification of their academic, professional, legal, financial and administrative strength.
NIMS being a vibrant institute, has expanded its educational scope to the science of computers also and hence, sought registration with National Computing & Accreditation Council of Pakistan.
On behalf of the Council, Mr. Jamil Ahmad, who is not only Vice Chairman of the Council but also Vice Chancellor of the Hazara University, KP, inspected NIMS on July 22, 2022.
After detailed visit, the Council was pleased to grant registration to NIMS for its School of Computers Science.
